Started the RND process for the business in 2018

The Rolling Plate was little more than a prodigious idea back in 2018. Starting with the researching led us to discover the sheer potential of the business model and the lack of any viable competition in the market. We further expanded on our presumption by getting volumes of info on how potential business under our innovative model could operate. This helped us refine the vision that had sprung up in our mind and bring it to reality.

Studied the models which are working in other countries related to F&B and FOCO by travelling

The RnD team at TRP dedicated itself to looking id-depth into the market and deriving as much information as possible on prevalent trends. This helped us create a very valid and viable plan to introduce our model into the arena and see it scaled up efficiently. Naturally, once all the planning was backed up by research, we were more poised than ever to make our big splash!

Launched The Rolling plate on 15th Aug 2019

Finally, the big day was here! The Rolling Plate company was officially operational starting 15th of August 2019. with our first kitchen and had enrolled 5 franchisee by 31st of December, 2019. Our all-industry serving B2B and B2C model drew franchise investment bids quickly and we began scaling towards our initial 6 franchise target in a matter of months. This stellar financial growth helped us lay bigger milestones in the moths that lay ahead.

2020s Booming for Us!

This year, we have added 4 locations in January 2020 alone and added several franchises by March. Following that, Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad saw us open even more locations in June 2020.

At present, we are eyeing 20 + Locations setups by Dec 2020 and pan to make 2021 even bigger.

3. Do you provide franchise of these Brands?

Yes, The Rolling Plate provides franchise privileges to these brands. One brand at one location is called 1 Unit and 1 unit Franchise cost is 2.90 Lakh rupees + 18% GST.

4. What is the procedure to take the franchise?

1) Choose the Brand and location.

2) Call / Mail to our Brand Experts.

3) Pay - Online / Cheque / DD

4) Sign the Agreement within 24 – 48 hours.

5. What is the cost of the Franchise?

The cost to buy a Unit Franchise is 2, 90,000 + 18% GST (Two lakhs ninety thousands only + 18% GST).

6. How the Franchise operates?

This is a FOCO Model franchise kitchen i.e. Franchise-Owned Company-Operated. From setting up the kitchen to hiring of the staff and buying equipment’s, everything is done by the company which also manages the monthly expenses of the kitchen. This includes paying rentals, salaries, and all other expenses.

7. What is the profit margin for the franchise?

The franchise gets 18% of the GROSS SALES of the business done by the Brand taken by the franchise.

8. What are the monthly expenses of the Franchise?

There are NO MONTHLY EXPENSES other than marketing and promotional requirements as needed at the investor’s discretion.

9. What is the term period of the agreement of Franchise?

The term period of franchise is of 3 years. The franchise can be renewed for the next 3 years after paying 30% of the franchise fee at the time of renewal.

10. Where are the location, I can take Franchise?

We are available in Delhi NCR. But since this is a FOCO Model so franchise have no involvements in the operations so anybody from anywhere in the world can take the franchise in Delhi NCR.

11. What is the ROI?

10 – 12 Months.

12. Can I operates the franchise from different states or different country?

Yes, in this Model there is no investor-side involvement in the operations. So you can monitor it from different state or from different country also.

13. How will I know the sales of My Brand?

Since this is an online restaurant, the sales are via online delivery portals like Zomato & Swiggy. We will give the admin Id & Password of the platform to the franchise to keep a check.

14. How do I sign the agreement if I am not from Delhi?

The agreement can be singed online. We will send the agreement online and you can scan & print the agreement & sign it.

15. Do I need to have a GST Number or a company to take the franchise?

No, you can take the franchise on the individual Name.

16. Is there any experience required of food business or any business?

NO.

17. How much time it takes after paying to start the business?

The maximum time taken for the integration is 45 – 60 days.

18. Can I and my friend start 1 single franchise together?

YES.

19. I Want to start in my city / state, how can I do that?

We can collaborate on Master Franchise model.

20. What are the sales of Existing Clients?

The approximate sales varies from 30k – 1 lac Rs per month for the first 3 – 6 months*.

21. What if I want to exit?

The restaurant franchise cannot be returned but it can be transferred.
